Shipments and returns

Metal Detector orders are generally processed within 1-3 days after your payment has been received and are shipped via Fedex with tracking available. Expect your order to arrive within 5 to 8 business days. If you prefer faster delivery, an additional cost will be applied, so please call us at 704-734-7503 in order for us to make these arrangements. Whichever shipment option you decide, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

All orders over $100 have free shipping. 

We do not accept returns on an metal detectors or gear. If you experience a problem feel free to contact us and we will do are best to help you get it solved. For repairs, please contact the Garrett customer service department.
